Garners Creek Storm Water
The Garners Creek Storm Water Utility is a public entity that was created by the Village of Harrison, Town of Buchanan, and Village of Combined Locks.
The three primary objectives of the Storm Water Utility is
- to reduce flooding potenitial
- improve stream bank erosion
- enhance water quality along Garners Creek and its tributary streams.
The Garners Creek Watershed is approximately 9.2 square miles in size and contains 4.5 miles of stream. Garners Creek flows in a northeasterly direction and ultimately discharges into the Fox River.
