Property Tax Bills
The Calumet County Treasurer’s Office mails property tax bills in mid-December. The County does not mail tax bills to escrow companies.
- First installments or full payments are due to the Village Treasurer by January 31, 2024.
- Tax payments postmarked or left in the Municipal Office’s drop box on the weekend of 12/30/23, will be credited with a 12/31/23 date.
- Work with your escrow company personally, if you want your taxes paid by December 31, 2023.
- Escrow checks must be signed by each name listed on the check.
- To print a copy of a tax bill or payment receipt, visit the Clerk-Treasurer page at Harrison-wi.org.
- For Lottery & Gaming Credit information, guidelines, and forms visit: Revenue.wi.gov and search for Lottery Credit.
Payment Options BEFORE January 31, 2024
BY MAIL:
- Make checks payable to “Village of Harrison”
- Send payment to: Village of Harrison, W5298 State Rd 114, Menasha, WI 54952.
Include a self addressed stamped envelope if you want a receipt mailed to you.
ONLINE:
- The online link is available at Harrison-wi.org located on the Clerk-Treasurer page.
- A 3% service fee is added to all card transactions & a $1.10 fee is added to any direct draw payments from a checking/savings account.
- Online payment is NOT available after January 31, 2024.
IN PERSON AT THE VILLAGE OFFICE:
- Cash- If paying by cash, bring the exact amount as we are unable to make change
- Check- Make checks payable to “Village of Harrison”
- Credit/Debit Card - A service fee is added to all card transactions
IN PERSON AT NICOLET NATIONAL BANK: 3111 E Calumet St. branch ONLY
- All Harrison property owners are welcome
- Must have a copy of the tax bill and a photo ID
- Make checks payable to “Village of Harrison”
- Escrow checks must be signed by each name listed on the check.
- Same day escrow refunds if $500.00 or less.
