Dog License

Per state law and village ordinance, all dogs over five months of age are required to be licensed and vaccinated against rabies.

Dog Licenses expire annually on December 31. To avoid a late penalty fee of $5.00, annual licenses must be obtained by March 28, 2024.

Fees:
  • $10.00 for spayed/neutered
  • $15.00 for unaltered
Pay by Mail & 24-Hour Drop Box:

If remitting payment by mail or in our drop box, include the following:

  • Copy of the dogs rabies vaccination certificate from a licensed veterinarian
  • Self-addressed, stamped envelope for delivery of the license

The drop box is located to the left of the main entrance doors at the Village Hall or mail to:

In Person:

Licenses may be obtained at the Village Hall, W5298 State Hwy 114. A copy of the dog's rabies vaccination certificate from a licensed veterinarian is required.

No Longer have your Dog?

If you no longer have your licensed dog, please call the Village Hall at (920) 989-1062 or email adminasstistant@harrison-wi.org to have the dog removed from our system.
