The Clerk-Treasurer serves as the official custodian of all meeting minutes and keeps record of ordinances, resolutions, and policies. The Clerk-Treasurer oversees elections, responds to open records requests, and issues permits or licenses. Many accounting operations including tax collection and personal property assessment rolls fall to the Clerk-Treasurer while they are also responsible for all legal notices and publications.
